Danielle St-Jean, glass artist

After a very rewarding career in the information  technology industry, Danielle needed an outlet where her creativity would shine.

In 2010, Danielle opened a contemporary ceramics studio in beautiful British Columbia and introduced fused glass to her customers looking for something “different.” Learning from leading industry experts, Danielle developed her own style and eagerly shares her love for glass with artists young and old.

Danielle is a born teacher and brings her love of teaching to every class, whether it is a technical or creative session. She teaches classes for kids as young as 5 up to those much wiser, but still young at heart, with the same energy and passion. Her “Keep It Simple” approach allows each student’s creativity to shine through while she shares the behind the scenes secrets of “kiln magic”.
